Musa Yonazi Makange is a Partner at Leyrand, where he leads the Corporate and Commercial Law practice. He has more than five years of experience advising clients across banking and financial services, transportation and logistics, energy and natural resources, manufacturing, hospitality and tourism, and media and entertainment.

He advises national and multinational companies, government entities, and high-net-worth individuals on commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, employment and immigration matters, contract negotiations, commercial litigation, compliance audits, and cross-border transactions. Clients value his practical legal advice, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to protecting their commercial interests.

Musa holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Dar es Salaam, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Mzumbe University. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and a member of the Tanganyika Law Society.
