Masalu N. Masanja

Masalu N. Masanja is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and the Managing Partner at Leyrand. He is a reputable international development lawyer with over six years of working experience across sub-Saharan Africa and the North and Middle East with the United Nations. He specialises in Project Finance, public-private partnerships, investment law, carbon markets, banking and finance, fintech, hedge funds, SME financing, immigration, and corporate and mining law.

Masalu has national and international experience in development financing, advising multiple clients across different fields, which brings a strong blend of national and international standards to his work.

He has experience working with the United Nations and international financial institutions, including the World Bank, KfW, the African Development Bank, and other bilateral agencies.
