Fredy Julius Sanga is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and Leyrand’s Dispute Resolution and Litigation Legal Specialist. He represents businesses, institutions and individuals in complex civil, commercial, corporate, employment, land and regulatory disputes.

His practice covers contractual and commercial claims, employment and labour disputes, land and property matters, banking and finance litigation, competition law, intellectual property, consumer and data protection, insurance, public procurement, corporate disputes, regulatory compliance, and disputes arising in the mining and energy sectors. He also prepares legal opinions, pleadings, written submissions, commercial agreements and dispute-resolution strategies for local and international clients.

Fredy’s experience spans private practice, corporate advisory work and public-sector dispute resolution. His work as a mediator and arbitrator at the Commission for Mediation and Arbitration has strengthened his ability to negotiate effectively, identify practical solutions and resolve disputes efficiently.
